About the role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our UK/International Supply Chain team in London. This is a full-time position. In this hands-on role, you will help keep orders moving smoothly from customer request to delivery, working closely with our warehouse partners, internal Operations, Planning and Sales teams, and key B2B customers. You will play an important part in delivering high service levels, efficient order processing and great customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

Order fulfilment and customer operations

· Manage a number of customer accounts from an operational perspective, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

· Process manual and EDI orders accurately and on time, ensuring the correct stock requirements are captured.

· Work closely with Operations, Planning and Sales to stay aligned on new products, stock availability and customer needs.

· Respond to customer queries and help resolve issues in a friendly, professional and solution-focused way.

· Support delivery performance by monitoring OTIF and troubleshooting order fulfilment challenges where needed.

· Generate and submit invoices and act as the first point of contact for credit control follow-up.

· Review KPIs and suggest practical improvements to make our processes more efficient.

Warehouse and logistics coordination

· Liaise with our third-party warehouse partner, supporting day-to-day logistics and helping solve operational issues as they arise.

· Review stockholding and work with the Planning team to flag potential understock or overstock situations.

· Support monthly stock reconciliations and contribute to accurate inventory management.

Process improvement and office coordination

· Use Excel and analytical thinking to review sales, stock and logistics data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

· Help improve existing systems and support the implementation of new Operations processes.

· Monitor logistics performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

· Take ownership of practical London office coordination tasks, including office supplies, facilities matters and general day-to-day organisation.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferable.
