MISSION:

As a Finance Assistant you will be at the heart of our Finance function working in all areas as needed across the Finance and Supply Chain teams. This is a huge opportunity to learn and develop whilst providing summer cover for the existing team. You report to Head of Business Controlling and will be based in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. The position is fixed term for 6 months (with an option to prolong the employment).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

1. Accounts Payable – supporting the teams with the processing and analysing of costs

2. Data Analysis – supporting the business controlling team with data processing and analysis

3. Closing – supporting the teams with closing related tasks.

4. Supply Chain – Supporting with Operations Co-ordinator tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Experience Level: We are searching for a candidate with huge initiative, a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn.

• Bachelor's degree (completed or working towards) in business, accounting, finance or related field.

• Strong commercial and numerical acumen.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (specifically excel).

• Flexible, well organized, attention to detail, goal oriented

• Comfortable in fast paced rhythm and able to adapt quickly in changing situations

• Self-driven, able to take initiative, prioritize and organize own work

• Can-do-attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Excellent communication and language skills: fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish
