Key Account Manager, Retail Finland

We are now looking for a commercially minded and driven Key Account Manager to join our ambitious team. If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment where no two days are alike, you’ll feel right at home.
In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Nordic commercial team, taking full commercial ownership of dedicated customer accounts in Finland. You’ll drive their strategic development while working cross‑functionally with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to make things happen.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for key customers, building and strengthening strategic customer relationships.
Leading customer presentations, negotiations, and the creation of compelling sales materials.
Collaborating closely with field sales to maximize product availability, visibility, and in‑store activation efforts.
Taking the lead as category captain in plant‑based food, working hand‑in‑hand with cross‑functional teams.
Playing a central role in pricing strategy and product data management processes.
Representing Oddlygood at selected trade shows, consumer events, and industry fairs.
We are looking for a team member who has:
3–5 years of relevant experience within retail
Strong FMCG background, including ownership of large customer accounts and proven skills in negotiation, analysis, and category work
An entrepreneurial mindset paired with a passion for great food
A university or college degree; experience in the food or beverage sector is considered an advantage
Excellent communication and language skills: fluent Finnish and English, with Swedish seen as a plus
