Quality Manager

Role: As Quality Manager you have a key role in the continuous development of Oddlygood’s quality and food safety practices and supporting the team around you. The Quality manager works in close co-operation with Oddlygood’s suppliers. You will also support global sales or portfolio team to succeed in product launches or solving a quality issue. The position is located in Helsinki, and you will be reporting to Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop product quality and food safety standards, in compliance with relevant certifications and legislation.
- Manage and regularly review supplier data, documentation, and audit processes, ensuring all technical and legal requirements are up to date.
- Investigate and respond to food safety and quality issues by tracking consumer and customer complaints, communicating non-conformances, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Support new product launches, customer and supplier onboarding, including technical data, packaging claims, and labelling compliance checks.
- Lead crisis management and food safety initiatives, such as HACCP, allergen risk assessments, mock recalls, and traceability exercises.

- Relevant degree and few years of work experience
- Excellent communication and language skills: fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish, Swedish is advantage.
