We are looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator with start-up mindset to join our dynamic and innovative team. Do you enjoy working with customers and finding ways to deliver even when schedules are tight? The position is located in our headquarters in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.

As a Junior Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are delivered smoothly, making you a key contributor to Oddlygood’s customer experience. When issues arise anywhere in the process, you’ll take proactive steps to resolve them and keep customers informed about any changes. Once goods have been successfully delivered, you will handle customer invoicing. You’ll collaborate closely with our manufacturing and logistics partners and receive support from colleagues in the operations and finance teams.

• Fresh graduate with relevant degree or someone with experience of B2B commercial operations
• Knowledge and experience of international trade and operations is an advantage
• Flexible, well organized, have attention to detail, goal oriented
• Comfortable in fast paced rhythm and able to adapt quickly in changing situations
• Self-driven, able to take initiatives, prioritize and organize own work
• Can-do-attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and language skills: fluent in written and spoken Finnish, Swedish and English
