Sales Coordinator

We target fast international growth because everyone in the world should be able to enjoy our great tasting, high quality plant-based products served with passion.
We are now looking for a commercially minded and driven Sales Coordinator to join our world-rocking team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where one day is not like the other.
You would be part of the commercial team for Finnish, Swedish and Baltics markets. Your key focus areas include sales-related tasks and financial duties, such as pricing coordination. You will operate cross functionally through the organization with our sales, marketing and finance teams.
Are you passionate about great food, innovative and do you have a can-do attitude? Then you could be a perfect fit. You will based in Helsinki and reporting to the VP, Sales. The role is a fixed-term employment for 12 months.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with finance & marketing teams to align sales activities and planning
- Supporting with customer presentations and materials
- Assisting with field sales presentations and toolkits to maximize availability, visibility and in-store activations
- Playing a key part in pricing and product data process
- Coordinating sales conferences together with field sales managers when needed
- Attending on defined Trade/Consumer Fairs/Events
We are looking for a team member who has:
- Some experience from work life but you can be also on the final steps of your studies
- Sales-minded attitude but with an eye on numbers
- We highly value some experience from consumer business as well within the plant-based food scene
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for great food
- Can-do-attitude, resilient and can endure uncertainty - this job will be an adventure
- Excellent communication and language skills: fluent Finnish and English languages, Swedish as an advantage
